Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of VibeEdit Pro (the "Service"), available at vibeeditpro.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You need an account to use the editor. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you sign up. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or guardian.

You keep ownership of the videos, audio, images and text you upload ("Your Content") and of the videos you export. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you — for example to transcribe audio, generate captions, apply effects, create thumbnails and render exports.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that Your Content does not break any law or anyone else's rights (including copyright, trademark and privacy).

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload or create illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent content;
• upload content you do not have the rights to use;
• impersonate others or mislead people;
• try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get unauthorised access to the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Some features use artificial intelligence (for example captions, hook rewrites, thumbnail scoring and performance predictions). AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Performance scores and predictions are estimates, not guarantees of views, likes or other results. Please review AI output before you publish it.

The Service has a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your subscription page; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices for future billing periods and will tell you before a change applies to you.

The built-in B-roll library contains free-to-use stock clips. You may use them in videos you make with the Service, but you may not sell or redistribute the clips on their own.

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features at any time. Please keep your own copies of important files.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, VibeEdit Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or followers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these Terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your province or territory that cannot be waived by contract.

You can stop using the Service and delete your files at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms.

VibeEdit Pro is based in Canada. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta, unless the consumer protection laws of your province or territory give you the right to bring it where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the new Terms.
